The structure of the shale shaker is designed based on finite element analysis. The key parts of the shale shaker, such as the base of the screen box and the excitation beam, all adopt extra high strength materials, which is strong and resistant to vibration. The box body of the mud shale shaker is equipped with a lifting device, which can freely adjust the angle of the box body. The box body uses  rubber springs, which are stronger and lower in noise than traditional steel springs.
